- If a live call link isn’t working, refresh the page or revisit at the scheduled time.

Billing & Subscription
Q: I need to update my billing information. How do I do that?

- Log in to your Shield & Pen account.
- Click your profile picture at the top right.
- Select “Settings” from the drop-down menu.
- Click “Billing” on the settings page.
- Update your payment details and save changes.

Q: I recently subscribed but haven’t received access to live calls or community features. What now?
A:
- Check your email for a welcome message with instructions.
- Ensure you've completed any required onboarding steps.
